3. Allocation of Proceeds. Each Raffle winner will receive a prize equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Jackpot for the particular event. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following individuals shall be ineligible to win: employees of Calgary Sports & Entertainment Corporation who are on the Executive Management Team and members of the Calgary Flames Foundation board of directors, staff that work for the 50/50 department, or any of the above immediate families. Immediate family is defined as; sister, brother, mother, father, marital or common-law partner.

ALL METHODS OF PURCHASE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. If the System experiences any technical difficulties during an event or in the event virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Raffle (or any portion thereof), CFF reserves the right in its sole discretion to (i) cancel the Raffle; (ii) suspend the Raffle until the problem can be remedied, whereupon it will resume. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of a cancellation or suspension, CFF reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to elect to identify a winner and award the prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation or suspension.
6. Selection of Winner. Upon the conclusion of the Purchase Period, CFF will use the System to randomly generate one winning ticket number from among the numbers associated with purchased tickets. All tickets numbers sold online and in-person are included in the same draw. The Raffle will be conducted by a senior CFF raffle staff member and supervised by a one(1) to two (2) elected executive members. The number of the winning Raffle Ticket will be posted online within one hour after the sales close and the draw is done on Stampeders.com/5050 and on Calgary Stampeders social channels. Online raffle draws run 9:00am to 10:00pm MST on the game days of the CFL Regular season. The draw takes place immediately after sales close and to ensure that all tickets have been delivered to participants, the ticket will be announced within 1 hour after the closure of the draw. The draw takes place at McMahon Stadium (1817 Crowchild Trail NW Calgary Alberta T2M 4R6) located on the main concourse in the presence of a security guard and a member of the executive group.
7. Prize Claim. The prize may be claimed within thirty (30) days of the applicable draw. If a raffle ticket is purchased online the winner’s phone number, name and e-mail address are provided to the Calgary Flames Foundation when the draw takes place. CFF will contact the winner within 24 hours after the draw takes place if the ticket was purchased online. Personal information is not collected for in person sales. Therefore, if the winning ticket number was sold in-person, the winner has 30 days to claim their prize. The winner will claim their prize by notify via e-mail or phone and send a photo of the winning ticket, first and last name, phone number, email, and picture of government issued ID to email@example.com to begin the process of claiming the prize. Claim form will be completed by member of CFF staff and sent back for confirmation and signature before winnings are awarded.
A Raffle Ticket may be shared by multiple prize claimants; provided, however, that in the event of a dispute, the direct purchaser of the Raffle Ticket will be presumed to be the sole winner. CFF shall have no responsibility to any other person who claims any interest or right to receive all or any part of the prize associated with a winning ticket. Each prize claimant must provide CFF with all information required by provincial gaming regulations to claim a prize. The prize claimant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release ("Release") which must be executed and returned to CFF via email. In the event a claimant: (a) does not notify CFF within thirty (30) days of the drawing; (b) is ruled ineligible for any reason; (c) refuses the prize; or (d) does not return an executed Release, the prize will be forfeited and will be retained by CFF for future draw decided upon with AGLC approval. All prizes will be mailed to the winners via cheque within sixty (60) days of the winner delivering the winning Raffle Ticket, executed Release, and all other required documents to CFF. For security and safety reasons, no cash payments will be made to the winners. In the case that a winner is unreachable by phone, e-mail or mail and/or does not claim their prize within 30 days the prize will be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed prize winning (half jackpot) will be added to a jackpot awarded at future home game of the applicable season with AGLC approval.
8. Odds. The odds of winning the Raffle depend on the number of Raffle Tickets purchased for the drawing.
9. Transfer of Raffle Tickets or Prize. Persons who purchase Raffle Tickets may opt to give away their Raffle Tickets to other eligible persons, but in doing so the purchaser waives any claim he/she might otherwise have to the prize. Purchasers of Raffle Tickets may not re-sell their Raffle Tickets to other parties, and may not knowingly give Raffle Tickets away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell such Raffle Tickets. All Raffle Tickets which have been resold in violation of these Official Rules shall be void. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof); and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. CFF’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Publicity Release. Each winner, by accepting a prize, grants CFF and the Released Parties full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use such winner's name (first name), address (city only), photograph, voice and/or other likeness, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and in perpetuity. Each winner shall execute all documents that CFF may require to be signed in connection with this release.

Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Raffle or downloading materials from or use of the Website. CFF shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Raffle, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.
14. Governing Law. The Raffle and these Official Rules shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.
